1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ABC EMS Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

ABC EMS Solutions provides EMT and Paramedic training services, including:

• One-on-one tutoring sessions
• Intensive training courses
• Access to online training materials through our portal
• Study guides and educational resources

3. Enrollment and Payment

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to course materials through the ABC EMS Training Portal.

Scheduling: For tutoring sessions, scheduling is coordinated directly with the instructor after enrollment.

4. Refund Policy

Courses: Refund requests for courses must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. No refunds will be issued after the course begins.

Tutoring: Tutoring session refunds or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided through our services are the property of ABC EMS Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer

Our training services are designed to supplement your EMS education and exam preparation. Completion of our courses does not guarantee certification or passing of any examination. Success depends on many factors including individual effort and preparation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABC EMS Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
