Course Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in our courses, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete payment information
• Complete payment for all enrolled courses
• Use the course materials for personal educational purposes only
• Not share login credentials or course access with others

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our courses. If you are not satisfied with your course within 30 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.

Free Retakes Policy

Our courses include free retakes until you pass your NREMT exam. This benefit is available for one year from the date of initial enrollment. After one year, retake fees may apply.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing course materials or login credentials
• Using offensive or inappropriate language
• Attempting to hack or compromise our systems
• Violating intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by ABCEMS Solutions are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

ABCEMS Solutions provides educational services but cannot guarantee exam results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
